You will need:
- Card Lengths
- Glue
- Lots of shiny things to stick on! (foil, coloured cellophone, giltter and so on)
Start by explaining what a crown is and who wears them.
Show the children pictures of people wearing crowns such as the Queen or Diana.
Why not read a story about a crown.
Then, simply measure each childs head with the card using sticky tape to secure. (good opportunity to talk about size and measurements) Make sure you write the childs name on the crown too.
The rest is then up to the children.
